Early on this time

This is not a regular virtual event, webinar, or online summit. This is a live virtual experience, and you are an important part of it. Be sure to block off the time on your calendar and join us, on time, all three days, for all sessions. We’re going to move quickly, and we don’t want you to miss anything!


Be Present

Turn off electronics and make arrangements to minimize distractions. This is not the time to exercise your multitasking skills!


Turn your video on, so the OHANA can see you and feel your energy; this will make the virtual experience 10X more fun and valuable for you and for other attendees, too. Just double-check your background for anything you don’t want on screen (oh… and wear pants in case you have to stand up!  LOL)!

With more than 2 decades of experience creating business by referral, Virginia has been teaching entrepreneurs and small business owners the art and science of filling their sales funnels with high quality business referrals, and now she has combined her wisdom, expertise and resources in her new upcoming book: Referral Alchemy!


You see, most business owners are running simple referral algorithms. Basically, they wait for someone to ask for a recommendation and then drop your name. If you are lucky, you’ve met a couple of referral archeologists who are willing to DIG in their network to see what opportunities they can find hidden in their “rolodex.”


And then, there are the elusive referral alchemists who can seemingly make referrals appear out of thin air! Jim Rohn said we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with… so if you want to hang out with the alchemists, you need to learn to BE an alchemist… and that is what this book will do for you!

Speaker, Ohana Master, Author

Scot Conway is the author of more than 50 books. He is often called “Grandmaster Scot” since he’s a 9th degree black belt in the whole-person/whole-life martial art Guardian Kempo Kajuko Do. He’s a lawyer, pastor, real estate broker, and that’s just a few highlights from a crazy resume. 

 

As a martial arts master and lawyer, he saw how many self-defense problems and legal problems started off as people problems. He saw that solving them at the human level before they escalated solved most problems! That stopped so much fighting, kept the best clients and best team members, and built a community of genuine connection.


Scot mow travels and speaks. teaching audiences to pre-solve what causes most of our trouble with important systems and techniques from his five decades of martial mastery. He helps his audiences over many challenges with his unique "system for everything" set of techniques.

Stacey

Financial Services and Coach

Stacey Mitchell is a Payment Solutions Advisor and owner of Anchor Business Solutions. She helps business owners give themselves an immediate raise so they can invest more in their business, their employees and themselves.  


Her original career path was as a high school math teacher. She's served as database, software and network support, education coordinator and Program Manager. In 2017, she launched Anchor Business Solutions.  


She is a homeschool mom with another in college and enjoys traveling with her kids. She also enjoys reading, music, golf and bowling. She has a passion for helping women escape domestic violence through entrepreneurship and looking for ways to be a greater impact in this area.  


She is the implementation coach for Master Connectors. She has worked in various roles with professionals all over the world and bring a diverse range of experience and skill. 


Jennie

Certified Professional Coach

Jennie Bellinger is a Certified Professional Coach and the host of the Badass Direct Sales Mastery Podcast. She works with badass direct sales moms to move from making $100 monthly to reaching the top 1% of their organization.


An entrepreneur since 2010, she understands the desire to contribute to your family's future and be present with them in the here and now, and how difficult balancing those two priorities can be. So Jennie has learned the hard way (while building two separate businesses, raising two kids, and navigating a divorce) to fulfill that need to contribute and be there for her children.


Jennie is also known as The Direct Sales Domme. Luckily, as a Certified Professional Coach, her methods are very effective, not painful.

Sharon

WELLth Coach and Ohanaprenuer 

Sharon Otaguro quickly rose through the ranks of the spa industry. She helped open 5 multi-million dollar spas, managed 8-figure operations, was traveling to exotic places, and rose to a C-Suite Executive position before she was 30 years old.


Despite having a successful career, Sharon felt unfulfilled, achieving only burnout and empty accolades. Looking around, she saw many other broken heroes and decided there was a better career path for herself.


Today she helps Transformational Retreat leaders fill their own needs while creating delightful experiences for their audience that bridge their life’s work into an online setting. Her clients show up to shine, without the detail craziness, the talent-seeking stress, or the technology terror that drives them to need a vacation from their own event. She is a WELLth Coach, the host of the soon to launch Ohanapreneurs Podcast, and a Retreat Consultant.

Chabidaye

Women's Branding Specialist

Chabidaye Jaglal Ramnath is a certified coach, trainer and speaker.  She’s on a mission to equip 1,000 women in the banking industry across North America to get the promotions they deserve within the next 5 years.  


After spending 14 years in a corporate job at a leading bank, she was able to break the cycle of stagnating in a male-dominated career, and moved up the corporate ladder. In 2014, she started her own business with the desire to help women balance their career with their family, and developed a new approach to “life-work balance”.


Over the past 6 years of growing her business, she’s focused on leading without a title and showing other women how to create a personal brand of excellence as they progress up the corporate ladder and break the glass ceiling.

Anja

Operations and Systems Specialist

Anja is the founder and CEO of Management Made Easy, an Online Business Management Service that focuses on building trust in client relationships by leveraging virtual tools, remote team work, and online operations to create a consistent client-focused service experience for her clients.


With Delegation Nation she also created a community for visionary content creators who want to learn how to synchronize the people, processes and platforms that support them to get control of their chaos and frustration in business so they can live and work in their zone of genius. 


With her unique approach of combining well-organized structures and processes in the backend and strong trust-building client experiences on the frontend of the business she inspires and supports her clients to bring more authenticity and integrity into the business world.
